THE PUZZLE: SITUATIONAL AWARENESS AND EFFECTIVE INTELLIGENCE MANAGEMENT
Gone are the days where we could look each other in the eyes after an incident and say “the information just wasn’t there – it just wasn’t available”. We work in a society, and a nation, where there is always a way of finding out what you need to know – but, are you tapped into these streams? What’s more challenging is ensuring that your organisation has a clear picture what is happening through the haze of information. How do you draw this information together, and push it out to your staff and customers when required?
Banjo Anderson will introduce you to a range of publicly available tools and services you should be using on a daily basis to form your organisations’ Common Operating Picture - as well as good practices for maintaining information clarity in your organisation.
